
The best steak house in the Midwest is nestled in the center of the trendy Gold Coast area in Chicago. If you visited Chicago and did not stop by to eat at Gibson’s Steak House, you have not really experienced the best of the city of Chicago yet. Gibson’s offers a variety of cuts and the best steak the Midwest has to offer, as well as the most succulent lobster tails you can imagine. Your server will always be happy to serve you, as you select which cut/chop you would like cooked to your preference. The wine list is expansive and I reccomend you top your dinner off with a slice of ‘Turtle Cake’ and a nice cigar. Once you have finished eating like a king at Gibson’s, some of the hottest night spots Chicago has to offer is walking distance. I’ll be back this summer… can’t wait!
