Why He’s A Style Icon

Yeezy says “Close your eyes and imagine, feel the magic, Vegas on acid, Seen through Yves St. Laurent glasses” in Diamonds Are Forever. This little ditty is rather appropriate coming from a man who knows a lot about style himself.  Kanye West’s fashion sense is almost taking precedence over his music skills.  Yes, he calls himself the Louis Vuitton Don, but there’s so much more to the man than that.   An important rule to follow if you want to emulate the elegant style of one of the new Millennium’s most influential rapper is that there is no occasion on which it’s inappropriate to dress to the nines.

West is usually immaculately turned out in public, favoring nice jeans with a v-neck sweater and sneakers.  Although the look should be casual it’s always the definition of refinement and class.  Yeezy doesn’t call himself the Louis Vuitton Don for nothing…  Kanye usually rocks some sort of Louis Vuitton accessory.  From the LV backpack to scarves to his own line of sneakers with the uber luxury line.

Dress The Kanye West Way

To cop the famous music producer’s style, you’ll need to rock a preppie hip hop style, meaning that you’ll need to get yourself a pair of Risky Business Rayban sunglasses and up your selection of hoodies. Now you have attitude, Yeezy-style.  These days, Kanye’s best accessory is his girlfriend, Amber Rose… this is optional of course…
